PAYMENT

We wish for our customers to be able to shop safely and enjoy the experience. That's why we only use payment through the most current and trusted Internet technology.

Sensla offers the following payment options: iDEAL, PayPal, Creditcard, MisterCash Bancontant, Sofort Banking or Bank Transfer.

All our prices are include 21% tax. Please note what the import duties are in your country. We are not responsible for this. 

IDEAL

iDEAL is a payment method which uses internet banking and is therefore familiar, safe, easy and fast. But how does it work exactly?

Step 1: Upon checkout different payment options will appear on the screen. Choose iDEAL.

Step 2: At the next step, please select your bank. The authorisation page of your bank will then open, with all the relevant information already filled in, so there is no hassle!

Step 3:authorize the payment in the usual way, with the e.dentifier, ASN Digipas, Access Key, Easykey, Tan code, Random Reader or Digipass. The bank will then confirm the payment.

Step 4: After the payment has been completed you will be redirected back to the webshop. The purchase has been made.

Visible on the account statement

The payment will be immediately visible on the electronic account statement of the bank. This way you will have an immediate overview of your spendings, and be able to keep track so you don't spend too much. Your name and account number will be made known to us once your payment has been approved.

Easy to spot on the statement

You will be able to easily recognize a payment made through iDeal. In the description of the transaction you will find the 16-digit iDEAL transaction code, and/or the the word iDEAL.

A strange name on your bank statement

Occasionally the collection of the payment may be done by a third party which goes by the name of Payment Service Provides (PSP). Therefore this will be the name which then will appear on your bank statement.

PAYPAL

When using Paypal for online payments, we will only be provided with your email address. The rest of your sensitive financial information is securely stored on the Paypal servers. Every Paypal payment is followed by an email confirming the transaction so your are protected against identity fraud.

BANCONTACT / MISTER CASH

With Bancontact / Mister Cash you can do trusted, secure and easy online purchases with us. You pay in your trusted Internet payment, based on specific security measures of your own bank. Your purchases are paid in a few seconds.

CREDITCARD

Creditcard payments are almost the best known method to make global payments. With us you can make credit card payments with Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

TRANSFER

Payment by bank transfer means that you manually transfer the amount you are required to pay. Your order will be processed once your payment has been received. Please take into account that it may take 3 to 5 business days before we receive your payment.

Immediately after completing the order, you will receive an email with the necessary payment information.

After receiving the payment on bank account NL 55 INGB 0006 9241 51 in the name of Goudlab, mentioning the order number for the order, we will start processing the order.

If the payment has not been received after three weeks, the order will automatically be cancelled.
