How do I place an order?
Ordering on Sensla is very easy. You can pay with us with or without an account.
Step 1: Click on the desired name and fill in the text, name or letter. If your rules are open late, we will not dig it and leave it blank.
Step 2: Click on "in shopping cart".
Step 3: Enter all fields and check the details of the order. Choose a payment method: iDEAL, Credit Card, Paypal, Sofort banking, Bancontant.
Step 4: By clicking "Checkout", the order will be final.
Step 5: We will send an order confirmation by e-mail to each completed order. So it's important to enter a correct e-mail address! The order confirmation is not a proof of payment, but indicates that the order has been placed and received by us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately it’s not possible to change an online order or cancel after placement. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can see if we can change or cancel it if we have not yet started the production process.

Can I return a jewel?
Unfortunately, we are not able to return a jewelery. All of our jewelry is tailor made. If it is a production defect then you can contact us so that we can resolve this with you. Contact us at info@sensla.com

Do I have to pay shipping when I return my jewelry?
If it has been our fault then returns will be accepted. This means that we also take the return costs. However, we will apply a standard fee of 1.56 in the Netherlands and 2.66 from Belgium

In which period should I return my jewelry?
If it is a production defect, we will expect a return request within 7 working days of receipt. We trust that the jewelry will be unsuccessful and undamaged at our return (outside of the production failure).

How do I follow my order?
An order can be tracked with the track & trace code. This code is in the shipping confirmation. If there is no code, you have chosen a free standard mailbox (mailbox) and can not be followed by the status of the shipment.
PAY ATTENTION! Mailbox packages can not be followed, so no status update can be given.

How long does it take before I have my order?
All our jewelry will be tailor made in our own studio. After receiving your payment we will start making the jewelry. This will take about 10 business days. Then we will do the jewelry on the post. You can count on an average of 14 business days.

Are the prices on your website including VAT?
We love clarity. Therefore, all our prices are in euros and include 21%VAT. What you see as a price is also really the price you pay.

What should I do if my order is not correct?
Contact customer service at info@sensla.com with a description. On working days we will provide a suitable solution within 24 hours.

Can I receive my order at a different address than the billing address?
Would you like to receive your order at another address? Then that's no problem for us. You can indicate the shipping address at the first step of the checkout. At delivery address, you can check that you want the package delivered to another address.

Can I also pick up my order?
It is currently not possible to pick up your order from us or on location. But we are doing everything we can to get your jewel as soon as possible at your place!

Is my order well packed?
We pay a lot of attention to packing your order. A beautiful box and sturdy packing make your newly ordered jewelery neat and undamaged at your home.
So we do everything so that you are beautifully presented to your beautiful and in excellent condition.

Do you really sell silver / gold?
All our jewelry is made of genuine 925 sterling silver or 14 carat gold (585).
The gold plated jewelry have a thin layer of gold over the sterling silver jewelry.

What is the difference between 14 and 18 carat gold?
The carat quality of gold jewelry is an indication of the purity of gold and thus indicates how much of the alloy is made of gold. In 14 carat jewelry, the alloy consists of 58.5% gold and 18 carat consists of 75% gold. 14 carats are more lifted and 18 carats have a warmer tint.

Are the jewelry nickel free?
Yes, all our jewelry is nickel-free. That's nice if you'd have a nickel allergy. A nickel allergy often occurs through red itchy spots. Very annoying if you suffer from it. Nickel is common in jewelry like earrings, buckles, piercings and chains. Nickel is a NOT Noble Metal and is not used to us.

Why does my silver become black?
When silver is exposed to the open air, it can oxidize if it comes into contact with sulfuric acid. One happens faster than the other one. The black is a reaction of the silver that serves to protect the silver. Also, silver jewelry becomes faster black by, for example, sweat, perfume, creams and the use of cleaning items. It may have to do with the pH of your skin, with one being just a bit sourder than the other. Drug use or even your condition may affect the blackness of the silver. If you leave your jewelry for a long time, you will also notice that they are getting darker. Fortunately, this layer is easy to remove.

How do I get my silver weather beautiful / clean?
You can get your silver jewelry beautiful again. You can buy at a silver cloth at the jeweler. The best thing is a flannel canvas that is treated or any silver polish on the cloth (available in the supermarket). Rubbing your silver jewelry with this cloth removes the touch, giving your jewelry back the beautiful shine and shines again.

How long do I have a warranty on my item?
We guarantee your purchase 4 months against manufacturing errors.
Note: Gildings of gold plated or silver are not covered by warranty, this layer is getting lighter by wearing the jewelry often ,is a natural proces and can be plated again every year to keep the colour nice.
